Description
Baskets, also called baskets, are essentially composed of a grid surrounded by walls.
The baskets are made in different shapes and sizes based on the type of oven to which they must adapt and the type of heat treatment that the pieces must undergo inside the oven.
The baskets can be cast / precision cast or constructed using semi-finished products (for example sheet metal or bar): Tecnoalloy produces both types.
The baskets are equipment that can be used in the wagon furnace, in the chamber furnace (in which cementing gases are often used to treat the steel), or in the vacuum furnace (where the air and the gas in order to eliminate the oxidation process).
Usually this solution is chosen by our customers when a precise positioning of the pieces inside is not necessary, for example for bulk handling such as small parts.
