Features and Benefits
TYPES
- Long-Bolt: The “Long-Bolt” grids are assembled with long bars that join the diamond-shaped sections with hot-peened ends. They are suitable for treatments above 1000°C.
- Short-Bolt: The “Short-Bolt” grids use hot-peened rivets to join the diamond-shaped sections that make up the grid. They are suitable for temperatures up to 900°C.
- Long/Short-Bolt: The “Long/Short-Bolt” grids combine both solutions and are suitable for temperatures between 900°C and 1000°C.
ADVANTAGES
- Innovative Design: The diamond grids are assembled without welding, utilizing a special spring-like structure that effectively responds to thermal shocks from water quenching, minimizing deformation. This unique design ensures exceptional performance and significantly greater durability compared to other solutions available on the market.
- Materials and Construction: Generally made from AISI 310S (W 1.4845), the diamond grids can also be constructed from various types of high-temperature steel and customized in any shape and size to meet the specific needs of the customer.
- Design and Cost-Effectiveness: The durable design and long operational life of these grids allow for long-term savings by amortizing the initial costs through reduced replacements and maintenance.
