Description
This type of equipment is not made of manganese steel, as it is used cold, therefore outside the furnace and away from high temperatures. The lifting tools are mainly intended for pit furnaces, used to insert the parts and loading equipment (such as reels or bunches) that must undergo heat-treatment and then take them once finished. These must be particularly robust and perfectly compatible with the parts to be transported.
Lifting tools must be certified at all costs and must comply with all current safety standards on the subject: we always certify every part we build, after having conducted in-depth checks in the design phase through electronic simulation systems (FEM) at a structural level.
