In particular, the spare parts that are made for this sector are the rollers (also called roller conveyors), which guide the billet into the heating furnace and the internal parts of the dedicated furnaces.
In fact, the wire drawing is a process that constantly puts the components of the furnace under stress: an aluminium bar approximately 6 metres long is heated inside the machine and then drawn, passing through metal matrices which define its final shape. The dies of the drawing furnace must be constantly treated through a nitriding process, generally performed with pit furnaces.
If the restrictor is equipped with a heat treatment department dedicated to extrusion dies, Tecnoalloy will also be able to supply spare parts for the furnace and loading equipment.
